Our large sized new Automatic multiple clamping cylinders type injection molding machine is the result of our over 20 years of accumulated engineering technology and experience, which emphasize on saving about 20% length than general injection molding machine and area in customers' factory. The new generation of multiple clamping cylinders structure combining all the advantages and enable excellent performance. Balance pressured of 4 clamping cylinders make tie bar free of broken and extend service life, high parallel tie bars ensure the mold life and maintain the superior molding quality. Besides, we take low pressure clamping for mold protection. Extra long opening stroke and mold thickness, suitable for large and deep products making.
Machine Feature
Clamping Unit
Enhanced and thickened platens of Box-like structures.
Use of FCD 50 ductile cast iron platens offer better strength.
The tie-bar, with widened diameter, use pre-hardened steel material.
The machine moving area, some parts are fitted with roller bearing, increasing force area by spread force and decreasing friction, to ensure the parallel of the moving part and increase smooth, protecting the mold and saving energy.
Position monitoring of moving platen stroke by absolute optical encoder.
MoS2 lubrication oil to resist wear.
Processing force of platen.
Injection Unit
Fitting the twin-shift slide rod to the injection carriage for ensuring the parallel of the injection stand.
The injection cylinder uses the 2-cylinder piston design, to eliminate vibration and shock for smooth operation.
Use double cylinder slide carriage design.
The moving design of hydraulic motor base, use the twin-shift slide rod to enhance the liner ability of movement and use the MoS2 lubrication oil to resist wear.
